Sandbach Boys School We are delighted to return once again to our
Northern Festival site. Our forthcoming visit (June 8/9 2013) will be our fourth event at the venue in 3 years. Many
of our Tangobootcamp graduates come from the Midlands and the North. Our Sandbach location is ideally
situated, just 2 minutes from junction 17 of M6 with direct road access to lots of key Northern + Midlands cities.
There is plenty of reasonably priced accommodation in surrounding areas.
History
Although Sandbach School was founded in 1677 as a Parish Charity, its present site near to the centre of town
was not occupied until 1849, when George Gilbert Scott designed the impressive buildings which form the façade of the
present and much extended School. The school is a centre for creativity and expression with many students going on to a
successful career in the arts. It will provide a perfect and inspiring base for many people to start their Tango Journey. Location Sandbach Boys School, Crewe Road, Sandbach, Cheshire. CW11 3NS
