form below and save it to your hard drive. Open it up in Word for Windows. If the text is not aligned go to 'View'
menu and select 'normal'. Complete the form - it will only take a few minutes. Save the file, then return
it to info@tangobootcamp.co.uk. On receipt of your booking form we

October 30-31 Total Beginners (Hove, Sussex)
BOOKING PRIORITY + DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We will limit the numbers of participants and always try to maintain an equal balance of
leads and follows. These steps are necessary to ensure teaching effectiveness. Priority will be given to people
in the order they register interest. Single participants are of course welcome + class rotation will apply throughout, but
we do need to balance as best we can numbers of lead and follows. So the best advice really is to book early! Please indicate when booking if you have any special dietary requirements.
