BASE CAMP IN HOVE

We have two great bases for BluesBootCamp. One is where you will have your classes and the other is where you will socialise during the evenings and practice your newly learnt Blues social dancing steps at our friendly decaDance event.

Ralli Hall Gymnasium, Denmark Villas, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 3TH

Ralli Hall is situated right near to Hove Station in Denmark Villas. The gym we will use is the monthly home of the winner of 2007 Sussex Farmer's market of the year. It is also host to two prestigious theatre schools . Although the decoration is basic, it is a good size and has a fantastic sprung wooden floor. It opens out directly onto a courtyard so you can take plenty of fresh air breaks when your triple steps become a bit too stressful!

Ralli Hall Upstairs, Denmark Villas, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 3TH
Home of our  decaDance events and tea dances the hall is lovely. Fab floor, 3 rooms great acoustics.

GETTING TO  BLUESBOOTCAMP

Car
The venue is very easy to get to from all directions and we advise people to check out the google map above. Best approach from London is via A23, A27 avoiding Brighton traffic completly. The venue has some on site parking which will be allocated on a first come basis, but the overspill can use the Hove Station car park which is only £4.50 all day saturday.

Rail
Hove Train station is directly opposite the venue. Trains from London Victoria stop directly at Hove or you can go from other London stations to Brighton station and get a train or bus from there. In most cases journey time from London will be about 1 hour  http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/

Bus
Number 7 bus runs 24 hours to/from Brighton and stops right by the venue (Hove Station)

Coach
There is a very good coach service from London Victoria. Although it takes a bit longer than the train, it is as cheap as chips (current deals available as low as £6 return!) http://www.nationalexpress.com/bp/b2.cfm?id=108599434). It is then a samll bus ride on the number 7 to Hove station for Ralli Hall.
